Armstrong is one of regional Victoria’s largest master-planned residential communities, located in Mt Duneed just minutes from Geelong. Spanning 260 hectares, the estate has delivered over 2,500 residential lots, supported by high-quality community facilities and infrastructure designed to sustain long-term growth across the region.

The development features 24 hectares of parks, wetlands, sporting fields, and green open spaces, creating a vibrant and connected lifestyle for residents. Central to the design is the Armstrong Creek corridor, where a series of interconnecting wetlands have been carefully planned to manage and treat stormwater runoff in line with industry best-practice water quality standards.

The project team has been working on Armstrong since 2010, with anticipated completion in 2027, reflecting more than 17 years of planning, design, and delivery to create a thriving new community.
