Olivia Estate is a 45-hectare master planned residential community located in Truganina, approximately 28 kilometres west of Melbourne’s CBD. The development comprises approximately 700 residential allotments and 6.5 hectares of open space.

The estate incorporates two feature parks and a major sporting reserve, together with the road, drainage and servicing infrastructure required to support the growing community.

Creo Civil is providing civil engineering design and construction administration services across the development, supporting the staged delivery of the estate from design through to construction.

Our role encompasses the design and delivery of road and drainage infrastructure, sewer and water servicing, bulk earthworks and associated civil infrastructure, together with servicing authority coordination and construction administration across multiple stages.
