Creo Civil Consultants have played a key role in the technical inputs related to the Creamery Road PSP of the Western Geelong Growth Area (WGGA). Together with our valued client, Villawood Properties, Creo have acted as the lead engineering consultant, working with a team of stakeholders to assist Council and landowners with PSP preparation, land rezoning and preparation for future infrastructure and subdivision works. Our works have included technical advice related to drainage, transport, existing services, costings and extensive co-ordination with local authorities Barwon Water and City of Greater Geelong.
