Creo Civil is providing strategic civil engineering advice to support the Creamery Road Precinct Structure Plan within the Western Geelong Growth Area.

Working with Villawood Properties, landowners, the City of Greater Geelong and other project stakeholders, Creo Civil is providing technical input into the infrastructure planning required to support the future urban development of the precinct.

Our role includes strategic advice relating to drainage, transport, existing and future servicing infrastructure, development costings and coordination with Barwon Water and the City of Greater Geelong.

Creo Civil’s involvement provides continuity between strategic planning and the future engineering and delivery of infrastructure and residential development within the precinct.
