Dalgona Estate is a 180-lot residential development located at 110 Whites Road, Mt Duneed, within the Armstrong Creek West growth area.

Delivered across two stages, the development required the coordinated design and delivery of the road, drainage, sewer, water and associated civil infrastructure necessary to service the new residential community.

Creo Civil provided civil engineering design and construction administration services for the development, securing the necessary engineering and servicing authority approvals and managing the civil works through construction.

The completed project adds to Creo Civil’s extensive portfolio of residential communities delivered across the Armstrong Creek and Mt Duneed growth corridor.
