Creo Civil is providing strategic engineering and infrastructure advice to support the Alexandra East Development Plan on behalf of Murrindindi Shire Council.

As lead engineering consultant, Creo Civil has prepared the stormwater management strategy and infrastructure servicing investigations required to inform the future development of the precinct, including concept design and infrastructure cost estimates.

Our role includes strategic advice relating to stormwater management, road upgrades, servicing requirements and the coordination of infrastructure necessary to support future development.

The work provides Council and project stakeholders with a practical engineering framework to inform planning, staging and future infrastructure delivery.
