Armstrong Estate is one of regional Victoria’s largest master planned residential communities, located in Mt Duneed just minutes from Geelong. The development will ultimately deliver approximately 2,500 residential allotments and is now home to more than 5,000 residents.

The estate incorporates 24 hectares of parks, wetlands, sporting fields, and open space, together with more than 30 kilometres of walking and cycling trails and a range of community and recreational facilities.

A significant component of the development is the Armstrong Creek corridor and its associated network of wetlands and drainage infrastructure, which form an integral part of the broader estate.

Creo Civil has been involved in the delivery of Armstrong for more than 17 years, providing civil engineering design and construction administration services across multiple stages of the development.

Our role encompasses the design and delivery of road and drainage infrastructure, sewer and water servicing, bulk earthworks and associated civil infrastructure, together with servicing authority coordination and construction administration.

With the estate now entering its final stages, Armstrong represents one of Creo’s longest-running urban development projects and a significant contribution to the growth of the Armstrong Creek and Mt Duneed communities.
