Creo Civil is providing strategic civil engineering advice to support preparation of the Bannockburn South East Precinct Structure Plan.

Working with key landowners and project stakeholders, Creo Civil is acting as lead engineering consultant, providing technical input into the infrastructure requirements necessary to support the future development of the precinct.

Our involvement includes strategic advice relating to drainage, transport, existing and future services, infrastructure costings and the coordination of technical inputs with Barwon Water, Golden Plains Shire Council and other stakeholders.

Creo Civil’s role is focused on establishing practical and coordinated infrastructure solutions that can transition from strategic planning into future design and subdivision delivery.
