Creo Civil was engaged by Cardinia Shire Council to deliver the functional and detailed design of the Brunt Road and Pioneer Way roundabout in Officer.

The intersection upgrade supports continued development within the Officer growth corridor, accommodates increasing traffic demand, and provides access to the surrounding residential community and Kurmile Primary School.

The project required the new intersection to be integrated within a constrained existing environment near the rail overpass and established and emerging residential development. Creo Civil’s role included intersection and drainage design, service relocation coordination and extensive consultation with Council, servicing authorities, and other project stakeholders.

Creo Civil progressed the project through functional and detailed design, providing a coordinated and constructible solution suitable for delivery.
