Lyndarum North is a major master planned residential community located in Wollert, approximately 27 kilometres north of Melbourne’s CBD. The development comprises approximately 2,000 residential allotments and is ultimately expected to accommodate more than 5,000 residents.

The estate has been designed around an extensive network of open space and community infrastructure, incorporating approximately 23 hectares of parks, conservation reserves and wetlands, together with walking and cycling connections and the retention of significant River Red Gums.

Creo Civil is providing civil engineering design and construction administration services across the development, supporting the staged delivery of the estate from design through to construction.

Our role encompasses the design and delivery of road and drainage infrastructure, sewer and water servicing, bulk earthworks, wetlands and retarding basins, together with servicing authority coordination and construction administration across multiple stages.

The broader Lyndarum North precinct will ultimately benefit from a major town centre, education and childcare facilities and future public transport infrastructure, creating a significant new community within Melbourne’s northern growth corridor.
