Matilda is a major master-planned residential community located on Donnybrook Road within Melbourne’s northern growth corridor. The approximately 67-hectare development will deliver more than 840 residential lots together with significant drainage, waterway, wetland and open-space infrastructure.

Creo Civil is providing civil engineering design and construction administration services across the development. Our involvement extends from residential subdivision design through to major drainage infrastructure, wetlands and waterways, external road and signalised intersection work, trunk infrastructure, servicing authority coordination, and approvals.

A key feature of Matilda is its extensive waterway and wetland network, which forms an integral part of both the development’s drainage strategy and broader open-space network. This includes a major wetland and waterway system currently progressing through construction.

Creo Civil is responsible for progressing the development and its major infrastructure through design, approvals, tender and construction, providing continuity throughout the delivery of the project.
