The Merrimu Precinct Structure Plan is a major future urban growth precinct located northeast of Bacchus Marsh, approximately 46 kilometres northwest of Melbourne.

Covering approximately 907 hectares, the precinct is planned to accommodate around 8,000 new homes, 24,000 residents and 1,800 local jobs.

The future precinct will require significant new infrastructure to support its development, including an extensive road and drainage network, water and sewer servicing, community and education facilities, sporting reserves, open space and retail and employment areas.

Creo Civil is providing strategic civil engineering and technical advice on behalf of the major landowner during the planning and development of the Merrimu PSP.

Our role includes the review and coordination of key technical investigations relating to drainage, water and sewer servicing, earthworks and land capability, infrastructure costings, development contributions and the future staging and delivery of civil infrastructure.

Creo continues to work closely with the landowner, Moorabool Shire Council, servicing authorities and specialist consultants to provide practical engineering input into the planning process and assist in establishing an infrastructure framework to support the future development of the precinct.
